Why We Built Condo Shield
We've been in this space for over 20 years and have seen the industry change but not evolve. Associations continue to come to us with stories of "poor follow through," "getting charged extra fees each month," and a constant push to increase association fees.
Late 2024, we made a decision to challenge ourselves. Could we do something to address these concerns? Did we want to do things differently for the benefit of our customers and our teams? The answer to both was a firm Yes!
We have redesigned our approach to deliver consistent services, implement stronger service management solutions, and leverage technology to build a unified platform to address all management needs in an all-in-one way via Condo Shield.
Change isn't always easy or direct, so we have also implemented an approach of reflection, learning, and evolution to continually address weaknesses in our processes and messaging. By running our company in this "new" way, we are committed to continual improvement that will not just improve Condo Shield but differentiate our services from all other association management companies who continue to work in the "old" way.
